The following is a detailed description of what solutions coordinators and staff, assisted by APCEE administration, undertook to maximize student learning, parent outreach and family stabilization. Center Coordinators met with a number of challenges, which varied from school to school. Operating with fewer sites and fewer resources, nonetheless APCEE staff were able to adapt to varied site-specific protocols and conditions to achieve results required by our Scope of Work. Each school had its own particular challenges, however. APCEE resumed previous and undertook new initiatives to address these challenges to Center goal fulfillment at all three schools. An overview of these is listed below.
